KRAV INTRO:

This one hour long class is all about basic No Nonsense Self Defense. This class is designed to ramp you up quickly, so that you can confidently protect yourself from today’s most common street attacks. This session covers combatives (Striking, Blocking & Movement) & one simple defense to the 30 most common unarmed threats. You will learn the basic building blocks that you’ll need to improve your ability to physically defend yourself as well as prepare you for more advanced training.
