Cancellations & Transfer Policy

Registering for a class, seminar, course or event is a lot like purchasing a concert ticket; if you purchase a place at the training event and for whatever reason you cannot attend the event, you do not receive a refund. That space is reserved for you. You may give your reservation to someone else to come in your place. If you do this please contact us to let us know of your arrangement. 

A credit is good for a future training of same or lessor amount is available for cancellations received thirty (30) business days or more BEFORE the start of the program. No credits will be granted after that time. Purchase orders are considered the same as a check, money order, credit card or pay pal payment and the same policy will apply. In the unlikely event the workshop has to cancel or postpone a program for an unforeseen reason, you will be notified immediately regarding new training date or to discuss other options.

*Credits must be used within a six (6) month period after the date of the event purchased. 

**Registration / tuition is non-transferable as partial credits to other programs and may not be redeemed for money.
