Cancellations & Transfer Policy

We know sometimes life happens and you cannot attend something you registered for… It happens to us too!

Please understand that we also have made arrangements & obligations, as well as allocated time, financial and other resources based on the commitments of your registrations. Some of those commitments we cannot back out of once agreed upon. So, we rely on the integrity of people like you to follow through on the commitments of your registration, so we can follow though with our commitments as well.

However…

SEMINAR & WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS:

If you are not able to attend an event, training, seminar, etc. that you registered (and paid) for, you can receive a Full Refund if you Cancel Forty Five (45) or More Days BEFORE the day of the event or program you registered for.

Cancellations Received No Less Than Thirty (30) Days BEFORE the start of the program are NOT Eligible for a Refund, HOWEVER, a CREDIT, Good for a Future Training of Same or Lessor Value is Available.

No Refunds or Credits Will Be Extended for Cancellations Less Than Fourteen (14) Days BEFORE the Day of the Event or Program.

ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION: Canceling Ronin Academy Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time by one of two ways:

  1. The recommended method is to cancel your membership directly through your PayPal account, your subscription will stop immediately and you will not be billed again.

  2. You can request cancellation through us at roninkravmaga@gmail.com - If this is the case then please allow 7–14 days for processing. Depending on timing, your next billing cycle may occur before the cancellation is completed.

To avoid additional charges, we recommend you cancel directly through your PayPal account before your next billing cycle. *There are no refunds or credits for unused memberships or benefits.

*Purchase orders are considered the same as a check, money order, credit card or pay pal payment and the same policy will apply.

**In the unlikely event the workshop has to cancel or postpone a program for an unforeseen reason, you will be notified immediately regarding new training date or to discuss other options.

***Credits must be used within a six (6) month period after the date of the event purchased. 

****Registration / tuition is non-transferable as partial credits to other programs and may not be redeemed for money.
