Class Descriptions

The Introductory Program is a 4 week LIVE In-Person Experience that will increase your confidence by teaching you a simple, yet effective method of protecting yourself from today’s most common threats.

This program allows you to take the Foundations classes that meet 3x per week. (These classes run one hour.)

This class is also an hour, however unlike the 101 class, it goes over all of the basic building blocks that you’ll need to both improve your ability to perform Krav physically and well as prepare you for training the higher levels of protecting yourself and others.

[Completing your Krav Foundations curriculum (& exam) will give you access to our higher level classes offered at the Academy.]
